30+ Years Leadership
Former CFO, VP FP&A, & Dir. Treasury
Real estate is one of the largest financial investments you will ever make—and having an advisor who understands both the Lowcountry market and the underlying numbers makes all the difference.
I am a licensed South Carolina real estate agent with Valor & Vine Realty, backed by over 30 years of corporate finance leadership. As a CPA and former Chief Financial Officer, VP of Financial Planning & Analysis, and Director of Treasury Management, I spent decades managing multimillion-dollar capital plans, evaluating acquisitions, and navigating complex financing structures.
I am also no stranger to this community. I moved to Mount Pleasant in 2001, where my son, Matthew, and daughter, Katelyn, attended Pinckney Elementary, Cario Middle, and Wando High School. For a decade, I was also a local small business owner on Highway 17—owning and operating the Eggs Up Grill situated right between Brickyard Plantation and Boone Hall Plantation, serving thousands of Lowcountry families seven days a week. In 2017, I met my wife, Brenna, and spent time in Moncks Corner, where she and her son, Barrett, resided. We returned to Mount Pleasant in 2018, where Barrett attended Carolina Park Elementary and Cario Middle before heading to Oceanside Collegiate Academy. In 2025, our family made our most recent move to Awendaw.
Whether you are buying your dream home, selling property in Greater Charleston, or analyzing a commercial investment, I deliver data-driven market insight, disciplined negotiation, and transparent communication from contract to closing.
My understanding of the Lowcountry is anchored in over two decades of lived family experience and local business ownership—from neighborhood schools to the local commercial corridors.
Moved to Mount Pleasant in 2001, where my son, Matthew, and daughter, Katelyn, attended Pinckney Elementary, Cario Middle, and Wando High School.
Owned and operated Eggs Up Grill on Hwy 17 for a decade—proudly serving neighbors between Brickyard Plantation and Boone Hall, building lasting relationships across North Mt. Pleasant.
Met my wife, Brenna, and spent time in Moncks Corner where she and her son, Barrett, resided, establishing deep personal and investment roots across Berkeley County.
Returned to Mount Pleasant in 2018, where Barrett attended Carolina Park Elementary and Cario Middle before heading to Oceanside Collegiate Academy.
In 2025, our family made our most recent move to Awendaw, enjoying coastal acreage, marsh breezes, and natural privacy along the Bulls Bay corridor.
